The ToppersHub platform is operated by TOPPERSHUB.AI, a proprietorship of Chirayu Rao, a Udyam-registered MSME (Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-01-0080539), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date. One account is intended for one individual learner; accounts are not to be shared.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or provide access to your account to others;
• copy, scrape, download in bulk, record, or redistribute our content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on ToppersHub — the Smart Notes, questions, explanations, Exam Mocks, study material, design, and software — is the intellectual property of TOPPERSHUB.AI and is protected by law. It is provided to you for your own personal exam preparation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission. Unauthorised use or redistribution is a serious violation of these terms and of applicable copyright law.

Paid plans grant access to the platform until your selected exam date plus 10 days, as a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription). Access is personal to you and non-transferable. We may offer free trials or limited access at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Our refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular the acceptable-use and content-protection rules above (for example, sharing your account or redistributing our content). You may stop using the platform at any time.

ToppersHub is a preparation aid. While we work hard to keep our content accurate and useful, we do not guarantee any particular exam result. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
