Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp number when you create an account.

Learning & usage data: your diagnostic and test attempts, answers, questions you flag, topics you study, and your progress — this is what powers your readiness picture, weak-area tracking, and study plan.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles them securely. We retain only a record of the transaction (plan, amount, status) for support and accounting.

Technical data: basic device and log information needed to keep the service running and secure.

We use your information to:

• personalise your preparation and track your progress;
• generate AI explanations for questions you get wrong;
• provide, maintain, and improve the platform;
• process payments and give you access to what you purchased;
• respond to your support requests and send service-related updates.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform work (for example, our hosting, database, and payment providers), and only to the extent needed to run the service, or where required by law.

When you ask for an AI explanation, the relevant question and your answer are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. This is used only to produce your explanation and is not used to identify you.

We use cookies and your browser’s local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in, remembering your language and light/dark theme preference, and saving your place during a test.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors reach us from our ads and to measure sign-ups and purchases, so we can improve our advertising. The pixel sets cookies and shares limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with Meta. When you are signed in, we also send Meta a securely hashed version of your email and phone number (“advanced matching”) so conversions can be attributed more accurately — Meta receives these only in hashed form, never as plain text.

We may also upload a contact list — your email address and phone number, converted into an irreversible hash on our side before it leaves us — to advertising platforms such as Meta to create a “custom audience”. This lets us show our ads to people who have already used ToppersHub, or avoid showing them to people who have already bought. The platform can only match a hash against its own users; it never receives your email or phone in readable form, and we never upload your answers, scores or study data.

You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and through your browser’s cookie controls. To ask us to stop, or to request deletion of your data, email support@toppershub.ai.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@toppershub.ai. You can also ask us to stop sending you non-essential messages.
